Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are worn, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return. Any items returned after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

Return Process

Inspection and Approval
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3 to 5 business days. We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed method such as bank transfer or other suitable options.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
